We provide AI-powered solutions, including AI voice agents, AI receptionists, chat widgets, automation workflows, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) primarily through the GoHighLevel platform and our custom integrations.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are prohibited from:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our AI systems.

Using the Services to create competing AI products or services.

Uploading harmful code, viruses, or malicious content.

Reselling or redistributing the Services without our written permission.

Using the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Client Responsibilities

When we build AI agents or workflows for you:

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, scripts, and compliance details.

You must ensure all content and voice messages used in your AI agents comply with applicable laws (including telemarketing and privacy laws).

You are solely responsible for how you use the AI agents with your own customers.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI models, platforms, workflows, and custom developments created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during the term of your agreement with us.

You retain ownership of your own business data and content.

7. Payments and Billing

Fees are billed according to the plan or project agreement you selected.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate contract.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for non-payment.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your services by providing written notice (subject to any minimum term in your agreement).

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI agents may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected results. You agree not to rely solely on AI outputs for critical decisions without human review.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garex Atlas Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario.
